Working towards healthier habits
I had Weight-Loss Surgery in 2005 (after reaching my highest weight of 315 lbs), and lost about 140 pounds (down to 175). Unfortunately, I got into some really bad habits and regained about 60 of that. Clearly, I needed to get back on track. I joined Spark in 2009, but it took a couple years for everything to come together. Currently, I have lost over 70 lbs since August 8, 2011. I have made exercise a priority, and actually enjoy it now! My Program:
1- Eat more veggies, fruits and whole grains. 2- Get in my 64 oz of water each day. 3- Move my body for at least 15 minutes every day. 4- Keep my calories in the 1800 range.
