Time to make my habits stick!

I know how to be healthy. I exercise and *TRY* to eat right. My biggest problem is that I lose momentum almost as soon as I gain it. I love how I feel when I am able to stick to my eating goals, so why is it so hard to do it?!?!?

My biggest obstacle: MINDLESS SNACKING! It adds up!

The Colorado 1/2 you registered for... Is it the Ft. Collin's race? I was looking at it, but that would mean 3 races in 4 weekends. I have OK City and Colfax already on the calender, but 3 in 4 might just be do-able.

Thanks so much for reading my blog and taking the time to comment.

I have to admit that I have been really surprised by how much I enjoy my time at the gym. I was one of those kids in school that would look for any excuse to skip gym class, so I never expected to actually look forward to any type of physical activity. Better late than never!
