My Weight Loss Blog:

I am on a journey to great health and if I lose weight then I count that as fringe benefits from making myself better.

I started this journey officially in 2010 when I weighed in at 198lbs and right then I knew if I don't do something, I will likely develop some health issues that maybe beyond my control. Anyways, fast forward to 2016 I can say that I am enjoying my life and I feel stronger and fitter to fight any disease.



This month June 2016, I am working on reducing my portions by half and eat at least 4 times a day including snacks. I ritually keep a journal where all daily planning are recorded.

I use the app Fabulous: Motivate Me to get myself working out every morning.

I know I can do this;



I am in July and June was not much of a success but with my new eating plan I think I am moving towards the right direction. I am studying my eating habits this July. I want to eat when I feel only true hunger and not when I crave or have a desire to eat. Take note that if you don't fast, you may not know what true hunger feels like.

The plan for August was to start a challenge of working out to all my exercise videos. Today is 23rd and nothing tangible had been done yet, tomorrow is the beginning of another week and I can still do something for myself before the month runs out.

The plan for October is to do all I have desired to do to get to my goal weight since the beginning of the year. I know I can do this. This is also important for me because I have exactly 90 days for the year to end. It is enough for a miracle and deliberate effort of getting to my goal weight of 155lbs.
