A Kick in the Pants
Everyone needs one now and again. I'm not considered "fat," but I do want to lose a little before I reach 30! I want to run again, as well as exercise consistently throughout the school year (I'm a teacher in rainy Seattle-- it's not too motivating to run in the misty dark winters).

My Goals:
I want to lose a few pounds, start running again, and decrease the circumference of my arms, stomach, and thighs. I hate having to wear larger and larger sizes as the years roll on.
My Program:
indoor stationary biking, running on treadmill, walking, soccer once a week, and an exercise video....
