My Goals:
I want to begin training for a triatholon after I lose 50 lbs, lose 65-80 lbs total, learn how to cook, eat and live a healthier lifestyle, even though we're traveling with his job.

My Program:
Right now I'm doing anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours of cardio a day, and plan on adding weight training to this after I learn more information

Personal Information:
I am from Arkansas, but traveling the US right now with my husband for his job. I work out at whatever local YMCA we are close to because they are very family and community oriented

Other Information:
I have been sedentary for about 3 years and gained about 80 pounds because of some medication I was on. I am now off of the medication and have lost about 15 pounds, one of the biggest accomplishments of my life.

Wow, a triatholon. That's great. I would love to do a triatholon, that would be my ultimate goal. I am currently training to run a marathon in May. Welcome to SP. You've already done really well. Congrats on your loss so far. Wish you continued success. See ya around.

Just wanted to stop by and say I think you are doing a great job. Congrats on the 10# loss! How is the cooking going? Try some of the sparkrecipes. Last night I made Taco Soup, my whole family loved it!
