100 week appenticeship
I am a formerly athletic mother of two boys. I continue to play on a women's soccer team, and had managed to convince myself that as long as I could be active, my weight didn't matter. Well, my weight does matter. It is so much work to move this weight around, and I feel so disappointed in myself. I hit bottom after Wednesday night's(June 16, 2010) soccer game, and I'm vowing to be a better player at 45 than I am right now at 40.

My Goals:
100 weeks to lose 100 pounds. March 31, 2015 is the goal date. Get to 10k steps 5 days out of 7 according to Fitbit. Run 1st Run in Lowell on Jan 1, 2011. Done! Finish first 5K under 40 minutes.***Finished in 36:38, with 11:49 splits.
My Program:
Couch to 5K for now, after that I want to tackle One Hour Runner. Staying in my calorie range and TRACKING Using Fitbit to track
