Thanks for the Reculver suggestion. We know it's 9 miles each way and maybe it would work for a Spark walk but so far out of London for many people. Are you from Kent? Most of the South East people do seem to be in London, just a few here in the "far East"!! Sorry to read you are not sleeping well, it is something so many of us have been through. I was about your age when it first happened to me. De-caf tea and coffee after 6pm is a rule in our house. Other things like Nytol help for travelling but I don't need to use it all the time. Good luck with your Spark journey Sandra 1141 days ago
Thanks for stopping by my page to say hello. The support is what keeps me going when I have not so good days, like today.
I never thought I would pick running back up. I am having a blast getting in shape and seeing myself progress from last year. And I can honestly say that I have learned so much from reading the articles here and other sparker's blogs.
Wow, and ultra marathon. That seems like it is out of my league, but something to work towards. Once I run my race on March 4th, I am going to set another goal to reach. This is how I am making it happen.
