2011-Now goal..I wont stop quitting!

I am an active person and love riding my bike! I have PCOS and it makes it extremely difficult to lose weight. I love to exercise, but I have a problem with snacking too LOL.

My goal is to lose 60 pounds and not have to worry about taking meds anymore. So far..the dosage went from 2000 mg of Metformin to 500 mg..so getting closer!

UPDATE: I am now off my Metaformin!! 1st goal achieved!


I am also a mother of 3 and they keep me on my toes.

I also have MS but my PCOS seems to outweight the MS. My doctor has stressed to me that its important to follow a diet and exercise program because that is what going to keep everything from flaring up. So with help from family and friends, I know I can live a long healthy life!

My Goals:
I am a pretty active person and I am also fairly healthy. I just want to look healthy by losing the weight :)

My Program:
I want to make a lifestyle change..not a diet. I started eating the recommended food that Sparkpeople has given me and I feel the difference within 3 days so I know what my body wants :)

Personal Information:
I live in Maryville, TN

Other Information:
I have also been lucky enough to have a breast reduction surgery. They took 2 pounds off each breast and it has made a huge difference in my endurance and energy. I can ride my bike longer due to no more sore back or numb hands. So I know once weight comes off elsewhere, the easier everyday activites will be :)
