Hmm, about me. I'm 25, trying to get my life going in LA. I have always enjoyed being active, but there are times when I do very little moving, if any. I was on my way to being in pretty good jogging shape in november when I got the flu from hell, which lasted a month. Once I was better, but out of shape I kinda went with the whole sedentary thang. That combined with dating a guy who constantly fed me wine, cheese and chocolate (honestly not really complaining, who could?) resulted in a pretty good weight gain for my 5'4'' frame. I am not seeing him anymore, which has freed me up for daily hikes in Griffith Park (if you happen to be reading this and would like to hike with me PLEASE let me know, I would love a hiking buddy, I am pretty fast, but would be willing to slow down to break in a bud!).

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian (I eat dairy and eggs, but no fish) who is pretty much in love with most veggies. I also love food with a capitol L. I don't see this as a problem, as I like to focus on exercise as opposed to cutting calories, although I am doing both right now.

I feel blessed that I gain weight in my boobs and my butt, not just my tummy and arms, haha. This is one of those things that makes me happy! I do get chubby face though, and you can't cover that.

I live in LA, which is in some ways hard because there are so many perfect people here, but in so many ways they are caricatures of people, so I really don't even worry about them;)

Trying to be down to about 120 by mid summer, pretty simple.

To get down to a realistic and healthy weight of 115-120 lbs and maintain it for good. Develop a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain for the rest of my life. Feelbetter about myself physically and mentally.

Hiking/jogging, watching calories. First and foremost, not obsessing

    I usually do Griffith Park on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but I'm not sure if I'll be even able to walk tomorrow....
