thanks for the words of encouragement on my last blog. I am committed now to continue, I know I will get er done!!! I will just increase my cardio every day.
I hope everything works out for you with your knee. I know how it is to think about surgery. My husband calls me the bionic women. I have two rods in my back and three fused vertebra, after falling from a horse 29 years ago and shattering a vertebra. I also have osteoarthritis causing me to have a complete left knee replacement and a complete right shoulder replacement. When I had the shoulder replacement, my arm broke twice and stretched a nerve. I have two metal plates in my arm to stabilize it. For several months I had little use of my right hand,. I am right handed. But with the help of God my surgeon and some amazing therapist and a lot of work, everything is working good now. It was quite an ordeal, but I feel so blessed to have everything going so well. I guess that is why I told you all this. You can get through anything and many times it ends up so much better then you were before or that you think it can be.
Good luck with your knee and with your weight loss journey. Let us know how you are doing. I will be thinking of you!
