I'm 40 years young. I have a wonderful husband that has to work at gaining weight (pet peeve) I also have 3 daughters ages 19. 10. and 9. I enjoy reading, beading, Hikeing (not far or long but I'm working on it), crocheting and playing with my kids and new dog named Daisy and 2 of her puppies named Charley and Lilly. I am also learning how to play the guitar but I am not very good at it yet.I like cooking but I find it a task because I can't get as crazy as I would like. My kids will ...

My kids will eat a lot of things that are different like sushi ( I make it myself) but there are things I wish they would eat like mushrooms. My hubby won't eat either one. He says he is already a fun guy (fungi) Lol. I try them with new things and they will try them so that is a bonus.

I read your post about being very hungry all the time and so I took a look at your food log and thought I'd suggest a few things. :o) First of all you have been doing so very well and have lost a lot of weight! You are doing GREAT! For those hunger pangs...I really suggest you look into "whole foods"...whole grains and such because they make all the difference for me. For example, instead of iceburg lettuce, try a dark green lettuce like romain or redleaf.... instead of popcorn or snackpacks try 100% whole wheat toast with some honey on it...or whole grain crackers, etc. I noticed you skip breakfast alot too...if I do that, I'm super hungry all day. The more vitamins in your foods...the longer it takes your body to break it all down...the longer you will go without feeling hungry. :o) Hope that helps alittle...

It looks like we have a lot in common. I have a hard time putting weight on my husband, also. I also like to go hiking and camping. I have 3 kids, 18, 16, and 11. I'd like if we could encourage each other.
