Don't lose hope hon, hang in there. I feel you and I was there with you. One HUGE thing I learned is that what I put in my body makes a big impact on my mood and emotion.. Refined sugar = moody, Healthy natural sugar = happy and stable.. And I eat ALLLL day long :) Never hungry.. check out my page and my food logs.. it's all there.. I have one cheat day a week where I eat what I want.. trust me girl, it works..
