My Goals:
I've got to revamp these goals since I let myself slip up and gain some weight back...

My Program:
So far...

I watch what I eat and track it...doing pretty well.

Attempting to be more active...and getting there! Getting up early to exercise every other day.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from a little town called Franklin, Pa but I now live in the booming metropolis of Erie, Pa. I love Erie...so much to do!

I have two beautiful children who are very active!

...and I feel like I'm constantly on the go.

Other Information:
Loosing weight is hard! I used to be the active one...the basketball player and softball player. I worked out a lot and ate fairly well...

Then I went to college and life happened...

Now I'm a mother of two who sits in a cubical all day and is about eighty pounds heavier!

Its time to change things....

Commit to walking or running in place or using a piece of exercise equipment for just 10 minutes. (I read that idea here on Spark.) I think it works! More often than not, you go on for 20 - 30 minutes and then you feel better. But even if you only go for the 10 minutes you originally committed yourself to, that's better than nothing.
