At 29 I'm really starting to see how lacking my life is in a lot of ares, and try as I might to fix these issues it always seems to come back to self esteem issues that are linked to weight problems. I don't want to live in the shadows anymore, I don't want to keep putting off my happiness any longer, I want to start living my life.

My Goals:
My goals are better my life; I want to look better, I want to feel better about me. I'd like to not be so insecure around new people. and to, overtime, lose 100 lbs or more.
My Program:
I'm mainly focusing on staying on the low end of my calorie range and meeting my nutrition requirements. As well as working out at least 10 minutes a day but aiming for 30 minutes cardio and strength training 6 days a week.
Personal Information:
My name is Kelsey, and it's been a rough few years, financially and emotionally. As a result I left a job that was making me miserable and moved back in with my parents to try and get on my feet. I'm aiming at going back to school and getting a better carreer and making me happy, weight loss would just be a huge step into giving me some confidence to face the world.
