HI my name is Ann, I'm 57 years old, 173 lbs. 5'4", I've had several strokes, my left side is very weak, even after physical therapy. I need to find an exercise program that I can physically do in the house. I can't do anything too hard to start, I'm hoping to progress each day. I want to lose 15 lbs.
