My goal is to become healthier and stronger. Losing about 170 lbs.
I have started out slow with my eating program. Cutting portion sizes and making healthy food choices. Drinking plenty of water is so important for me and I drink at least 8-8oz glasses of water a day or more. I make sure to exercise and get moving everyday. I don't think of eating healty and exercising as a chore anymore. I make exercising fun and eating healthy delicious, Which makes me want happy and feels great!
I love to cook, my favorite book is The Bible. Quote "For God So Loved the World He Gave His Only Begotten Son, So that whosoever Believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life."
