You're so right, there really should be more of an emphasis on eating. I convinced myself so many years that I was too busy or too lazy, etc. Then I spent 18 months in the gym busting my butt and barely lost anything, it was exhausting! Finally realized the kitchen was key and I'm losing. Oh, after working out for 70 minutes yesterday. I'm weighing in 4lbs higher today. LOL. Like you say, not going to sweat it, I know I'm still in deficit and I'll do measurements later this week. 126 days ago
That's awesome! I've never tracked that way before I've only just tracked my calories. I try to stick to simple roasted veggies. Would I want to decrease my carb intake and increase my protein intake? I've been doing Pilates and am working my way up to starting to run but I don't want to lose any muscle I've gained.
