There is a skinny bitch in here somewhere!

I am tired of feeling unhealthy and looking disgusting in anything I wear. I currently weigh 245 pounds! I recently learned that slow and steady wins the race, so I think I will actually loose weight and keep it off this time around!

emoticon emoticon emoticon You made a great decision in signing up for Sparkpeople. I like that you are DETERMINED. Good, clear, self-supportive idea. Check out the resources available on Sparkpeople. It will seem overwhelming at first. Just take a deep breath, take a step, take another step. Pick out a few tools to use. I'd recommend the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Choose a Spark Team or two to join based on your own goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. The support you give and get with Sparkers is awesome.
