I posted a new challenge today and it looks like JAYNINNE did as well! I didn't know that when I post. You could do one or the other, you both if you like. (The way I set up mine looks like it would work!) My challenge is called a 5x5 and will run from September 1-30th!
1. 5 lb loss, for the month (if you loose it before 9/1 go up 5 lbs every time you lose 5 (5, 10, 15)).
2. 5 friends, make 5 new sparkfriends (and keep in contact with them this month) or reconnect with 5 Spark friends you don't talk to often!
3. 5 fruits and veggies a day!
4. 5 motivational words, think of 5 motivational, inspiring, words to get through this month. Also, share them so we can remind you ;)
5. Make a goal for your self that has the number 5 in it! (ex. 25 push-ups a day, walk 5 miles)
