Hello again! This is me starting over... (for the 3rd, 4th? time). 2012 had its ups and downs. I did lose 30 lbs, but gained about 10 back. I have yo-yoed for so long, I am ready and willing to make that permanent change.

You're so close to getting to 170 and obtaining your reward: a facial! That sounds like a great reward...I may have to try that sometime. Keep up the good work! Good luck on getting to one of your goal weights by 4/28...so close!

Cheers from another Blue Crew member!! I Love you page! I have learned this time around that it is not a diet or a job to work out but it is my life I am changing! It has some to do with the way I look but mostly it is about having the courage to change something that has been such a comfort for your life.
So congrats on finding your courage to change!
