Work smarter, not harder???

I've been a Spark member since 2008 and I've lost and found the same 20 pounds several times now. I'm trapped in a cycle of getting injured, gaining weight during recovery and then struggling to get it off again. Enough already!!!

wow wee that is too bad...do you know what your number were before you started this diet?

Two months isn't a long time change your numbers...what I mean is that it took many years of eating unhealthy... its only logical that its going to take a while for the healthy numbers to come.

You also need to look at other things like have you lost any weight, are your cloths feeling loose, are you feeling better over all, this small changes means that your well on your way.

You don't have to be 100 % vegetarian to be healthy, cause there are unhealthy vegetarian too, the point is to eats LOTS of fruits and veggies, ect. (Fuhrman said that in his book)

On the other hand if your eating dairy and eggs maybe that is not helping (you say vegetarian so I'm not sure if you eat dairy or eggs)

Well these are just some things to think about.

All I know is if you keep eating the fruits and veggies that things will turn around for the better.
