Work smarter, not harder???

I've been a Spark member since 2008 and I've lost and found the same 20 pounds several times now. I'm trapped in a cycle of getting injured, gaining weight during recovery and then struggling to get it off again. Enough already!!!

Ellen, thanks for adding me as a friend, and like you I'm second generation Irish...did you know that we can hold dual citizenship from this great Country of ours and from Ireland, since our grandparents were born there!!!....I didn't know about that until a few years ago. Unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure of going over to Ireland, and would love to do so....would love to visit Tipperrary, where my grandfather is from, Knox and Cork where my grandmothers are from, but who knows maybe someday...a girl can only wish!!

What a bummer about the greyhound. But such good news that he was abandoned so quickly. You just never know their background coming out of the racing business. Probably poorly tended to and had a mean streak because of it. So so sorry but relieved to hear that he was adopted so quickly.
