My Goals:
To be a healty body % of fat...somewhere in the 18-20% range

My Program:
It's simple...weight loss is not a new fad diet. It is calories burned vs calories consumed. 3500 calories equals a pound. Find a way to burn 'em or don't consume 'em. I am working out 4-6 days a week and utilizing Shakeology.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Evansville, Indiana (go Bosse Bulldogs) and went to Butler University (also the Bulldogs; I love Butler basketball). I met my wife Terri. We now have four wonderful children and live in the Chicagoland area.

Hey! I should have told you you did a great job speaking for our group! I found it very informative. I've lost 16 lbs. since joining the gym last month. It is very encouraging. I already noticed the steering wheel in my car is no longer touching by belly! We must celebrate the little victories!! Thanks for all you've done to encourage me! Keep in touch!!
