Hi Eeveryone,
I live in Canada and used to work at a call Centre for 3 years. the first 2 years i didnt notice any serious weight gain. until the 3rd year, i quickly gained 20 pounds, I used to be 120 and now im 143. So i guess u can say i gained 23 pounds. No point in hiding that extra 3, i'll only be lying to myself. I used to work from 8 to 6 . come home and Eat , watch tv and then sleep. there was no sort of movement at all. i guess you can say im lazy. And IM DYING TO FIT INTO my favorite jeans again and feel healthier about myself and more confident when i wear something nice.

I'm starting to eat healthier and walk/jogg at least one hour per day. I have a treadmill and im starting to use it more lately. Ii've been good with my eating habits and excersize for about almost 2 weeks now, but i dont see any sort or improvement. I know your thinking 2 WEEKS ONLY !!!!AND im already looking for some sort of developments. maybe i shouldn't rush it but i want it so bad and i'm trying everything i can to reach my goal. I have self control and I'm sure i'll do it! i just gotta be patient!!
I feel like i have a hard time using this site, its a little confusing, Can someone please help me in figuring out what i have to do exactly.
I feel like the food Tracker doesnt have the food that im actually eating and its harder to track .
Im the one in the white. IM sure you can see the roll on my bell and LOOK at those arms. ahhhhh mann!!

I often find myself drinking too much water. i've started to drink about 9 to 10 cups a day and i feel bigger, Could i be storing water soemwhere? Am i drinking too Much? Is there such thing as drinking too much water??

-I'm walking one hour a day
-Using my treadmill.
-eating healthier
-counting calories
drinking a lot more water
