From fat to fit to fat and back

Once upon a time, I weighed 350 pounds.

From 1998 to 2000 I lost 150 lbs. In 2001 I ran the Kona Marathon. Then life happened. 2 Kids and an unholy work/life balance had me topped back out at about 285lbs.

Since joining SP a few years ago, I've dropped the weight, rediscovered my love of running, and met a great group of people making the same journey I am.

My goal is simple: try to live a healthy and happy life, taking it one day at a time.

Hi - found your page while looking for trail running tips. I'm just getting started on trails (have been road-running for a couple of years, still don't have love in my heart for it so I'm going to try out trails...) and would love to follow your page to keep up with your tips!
