Well, with fall in the air and the summer coming to an end. I know for myself its time to get back to indoor activities and allowing all of you to become my mentors again. I am not good at being an indoor person in the summer as my Garden, Canning and other activities keep me very busy.
So!! After September I plan to involve myself more on the Daily Chat message boards. There is no better support than what we all give each other to help us reach our goals.

Also, concentrate on mastering your three 'Fast Break' goals: drinking 8 cups of water per day, going for a walk, not eating in front of the TV...whatever three goals you have chosen. Try to make those goals daily habits over time." I do hope to see more of you and you see more of me as we travel down this Journey of getting healthy and feeling better. Remember MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.
