It's about time......

Well, it's officially been 12 months since I accepted my obesity and weighed in on Jan 16, 2010 at 96.2 kg's. One year later and after having maintained a workout regime for the entire year, I am pleased to say I'm now down to 80.6 kg's which is a loss of 16 kg's and almost at my goal weight of 78 kg's. And I feel awesome. Plus the doctor is very pleased with my overall health with a noticeable decrease in cholesterol level and good blood sugar levels and blood pressure. ....now for the last ...
