My Goals:
Focus on Loosing 5 lbs at a time, so for the month of July this is my goal.
Also to Practice Beck's dieting skills like:
*Eating slow while sitting down and noticing every bite.
*Consistantly plan and record what I eat.
*Be able to get back on track if I slip immediatly.

My Program:
*Tracking calories making sure they are under 2200 per day
*Do at least 1 hr of physical activity 6 days a week

Thanks for the comment on the Beck team. If you'd like to function as my coach, I'd love that. If you want me to be your coach we can try that, too, and see if it works for both of us. Yesterday I was on day 3 and did not make it 100% to sitting down to eat. Will try again today!! Well wishes, Marsha

Hi, I would love to team up with you. Currently I'm teamed up with 2 other sparkers for a 100 day accountability challenge. I just got my Beck Diet book and workbook yesterday and did my reasons list for losing weight..I'm excited to find some healing from my binging and dissatification after I eat.
