A New Me

I am losing weight to get off of medication for diabetes and to be able to be more active with my two beautiful daughters.

I can not believe that I made it this far! I am so excited! I have four more pounds to lose and hopefully will be completely off medication. WOW, who would have thought this day would come. I prayed for it so many times. Thank you Lord for listening to my prayers and helping me with this battle.

Hey --- hang in there. Sometimes you can find inspiration by reading other people's blogs or sparkpages I use the nutrition tracker to plan what I am going to eat that day. But I have had some stressors this past week So I have been doing comfort food. emoticon

Welcome to spark! I've been here for a while. I have 3 kids and am looking to keep up with them and be a good example. So I think we have similar goals. I don't necessarily want to be "skinny" yet, but just to where I'm feeling sexier. I'm excited to see that you've lost some weight already! I'm hoping to meet my goal by the deadline this time.
