My Goals:
To be active, healthy and a blessing to others.
One scripture verse I try to remember is Proverbs 17:22 "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine".

My Program:
I do an aerobic work out 6 days a week, walk my little Tinkerbell, do some weight training with my husband, and try to not eat too many treats. Also trying to remember that a little slip isn't total failure and to forgive myself as God does.

Thanks for the note on my page about the activity tracker. I DO want the Spark Tracker to add my workout calories to my calorie allowance for each day. Since I am fairly active, I need to eat more on the days I work out so I want my calorie range to reflect my true allowance. Anyway, I still don't see on the nutrition page where I can have the program add my Spark Tracker workout calories but not the "all day activity" calories from my FitBit. I think if there was truly a way to do it, that Coach Jen would have let me and all the others know. Anyway, I ended up disconnecting my FitBit from SP since I don't really need it connected anyway. Thanks for your comments!! :-)

My intake was about 1200 today and my calories burned from my fitbit syncing is saying I've burned about 1100. So my differential is like 2200! It seems so high now. I'm a little lost lol any input would be lovely.
