My Goals:
To reach my target, or at least shed some weight ready for my wedding next year.

Want to be able to fit into my jeans without breathing in, and for my clothes to fit better - don't want to have to keep buying clothes the next size up! Enough is enough.

Would like to be fitter, so I'm not out of breath after basic exercise.

My Program:
Drink more water.
Cut down on junk food and unhealthy snacking.
Eat healthier.
Exercise more!

Welcome to the gang, we are a very friendly & supportive group of Sparkers so come on in and feel at home here. Drop in for ‘A Natter’ anytime or join in our Challenges.
We have often got together for the odd Sunday lunch, in Telford, Birmingham, Nottingham & Nuneaton which were really great. Take a look at the ‘Sunday Tucker’ topic to see what we get up to. Hopefully we will start these up again soon.
