Round is a shape, right?

I weighed about 175 lbs in high school, and promptly put on 40 lbs in three months in college living with a grandparent that cooked everything in Crisco, fed me a lot, and encouraged little movement. Bad habits took ahold from there for about 20 years.

Two years ago, at 240 lbs, I decided to actually try to lose weight. Over the course of 2008, I dropped to about 215, getting myself at least back to the weight I was after college. Huge improvement for me!

After taking almost a year and a half off, I've only gained about 6 of those pounds back. Again, not too shabby! When a friend joined Spark and encouraged other friends to join, I figured now was as good a time as any to rededicate myself to losing it. Shooting for 190 lbs this time next year (June 2011).

I have been off the wagon for a few weeks. I have been mostly still watching my food though not tracking it on here, but not really exercising. Today when I get home from work I will exercise and tomorrow I will track my food. Early october (and again in mid march) I feel like I just grind to a halt and I am now working on pulling up out of the funk.
I was 3 pounds from my first goal and 4 pounds from my next self reward when I fell apart too, but I don't believe I backslid by much (judging by the way my jeans still fit). emoticon maybe not quite starting over since I never gave up a few of my good habits.
