Hi everyone! My nave is April and I live near Sarnia Ontario, Canada. The truth is I'm FAT, sick and tired, and I'm sick and tried of being Fat! This is it! I was on Spark before but let it go by the wayside. Now I NEED to lose the extra pounds to get my life back. With the support from my husband, coworkers and sparkpeople I hope to reach a new and improved lifestyle.

I am a mother of one, Abby who is12. I am married to Jeff. We are motorcycle riders and enjoy being out on the open road. I have recently had a career shift and I'm sell Epicure spices on the side. I'm hoping all those spices will flavor up my world and not have to miss the taste of good food.
