My Goals:
My goals:
1) Get mindless snacking in between meals under control.
2) Lose 15 lbs.
3) Reintroduce running and strength training.
4) Create a routine for my spiritual life.

My Program:
I am going to practice mindfulness to conquer the snacking habit. Losing weight will follow from that. I already have a workout routine that works for me, but I have to wait 4 weeks (sick leave rifht now). I am also trying to pray first thing in the morning and read the Bible once a day.

Personal Information:
I am from Ottawa, ON. I am happily married to an amazing guy and we have 3 beautiful children. I love working out, but I can get pretty lazy. With a lot of things in my life, I tend to either 'go big or go home' and that way of thinking doesn't always serve me well.

Hi Lisa! Hope you're having a great Friday! Yesterday was my rest day from training, but today I'm hitting it hard! I'm actually setting up a new program that I'm starting Monday. So today will be more of a full body strength workout. I want to try some different exercises and get my weight and rep amounts set so I don't have to waste time with that next week.

Thank you for stopping by and for commenting on my blog. I have been a Jari Love follower for years. I started out with Ripped to the Core, and found Ripped 1000, which has been my favorite. I'm can't remember how I found her dvd's, but she is the best.

I'm glad to know someone else likes her too! Many people have no idea who she is when I tell them I'm doing her workouts.
