Ciao...thanks for the post. That is a great concept I have not seen here...healthy Italian food, although I believe most Euros eat better than we. It is great you are using your catering experience and time over there wisely...building a healthy lifestyle and trying out recipes etc. Don't know what it is...but Italy has always attracted me. My daughter was able to visit a couple of years ago and loved it. I tried to take Italian here but our local J.C. does not offer it. Best of luck and continued success. Take care. Donna

Hi...saw your post on Yoga for Women. Thanks for adding. Which program do you download? How do you like Italy? Are you a chef that is currently working in your field? If so, what type of foods do you have to fix? How much longer in Italy? Have you learned to speak Italian? Good luck and keep up your fantastic work. Donna

The reasons you aren't hungry is because you have effectively turned off your metabolism - eat 6 small meals and get it turned on again - it works - Jenna
