Siobahn Mcclintock's Goal

My Goal is to lose about 60-80 pounds by January 13th 2013.

I am a pretty nice person once you get to know me. I go to school at the moment, working towards a business degree. I like movies, music, animals, the basic things a girl would like. I joined this site to lose weight for an upcoming cruise. I want to look good in a bikini, so I'm aiming to lose the weight by then.

Have you tried fruit. If you need snacks keep something healthy on hand like carrots, celery with peanut butter.
I too have troubles when I get emotional. I am getting better though. I lost my grandma when I was a teenager and I am 64 now, but I still miss her.
You just have to find something besides food. Find a hobby that takes your mind off of it. Grab a book instead of food.
Take a walk when the craving starts.
Just make sure that you track your food in the tracker and stop when your calorie range is met. It does really help. I have added you as a friend..Hope you don't mind. If you need help...just spark mail me and if I don't have an answer, I will try and find one for you. Pam

Hi! I am going to add you as my sparkfriend or whatever. I am also a business student (at Texas State) who loves animals! I want to lose about 30 pounds but I have such a hard time losing weight. If you ever need any support let me know! Good luck in achieving your goals.
