My Goals:
My goal is to lose @50 pounds this year. I want to be able to play with my girls and not feel pain or winded when doing so.
My Program:
I am going to start watching what I eat more and increasing my exercise as best I can with my limitations.

I love to read and watch health and science related shows on TV (like mystery diagnosis & mythbusters). I play the flute from time to time & am now trying to teach my daughters how to play.
