2008 In Shape

Hello, I am Carol and am 43. I decided to get back into shape last January. I started working out at the gym 3 days a week and have radically changed my diet. I am down to the last 10 lbs to go. Seems like they are the hardest.

My Goals:
Exercise regularly, 3-4 days of cardio a week and 3 days of lifting.
Eat as clean as I can, and cut down on the chocolate!
Maintain a healthy weight, somewhere around 125 lbs, which I will hopefully reach by the end of June.

HI there! I read one of your posts about eating 6X a day and weight training, just like me! I am also on a higher protein and lower carb diet. It is working really well for me and it sounds like it is for you too.
