Before Herbalife I was a type 2 diabetic, super morbidly obese and extremely tired.
I started on a version of the advanced HerbaLife program
And the first thing I noticed was I am happier, weight loss (I have lost 100 pounds in 10 1/2 months), and I am no longer diabetic.
And because of the good nutrition, the best part is I have energy to do anything I want, with some to spare!

My Goals:
My curent weight loss goal is 100 lbs lost by August 2012.
I am going to be an athlete. My long term goal is to complete and not be last in the 2013 Buffalo MN Triathlon. My cousin Megan will also be doing the Triathlon. She is going to do the Olympic and I am going to do the Sprint.
My Program:
Elliptical in the morning
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Practice Running
Monday, Friday practice Biking (weather permitting)
Wednesday Fit Club

I am from Delano MN currently live in Chaska MN. I am a CPA tax professional and I work in Hopkins, MN.
