Thanks for the goodie & for your concern. It really means a lot to know that so many people care. I have my diagnostic nerve block in the AM & I'm really nervous. I'll update my groups once I know something. Mystyne
I'm glad to hear the nutrition tracker is working well for you. Don't beat yourself up for your workouts this past week. Remember, even small changes add up. Your plan to focus on the bootcamp workouts sounds like a smart one. It can defiantly be hard to focus on what your eating & working out. You are not alone. Try to think of this as a lifestyle change. It took time to get to where your at now & it will take time to get to the healthier New You.
Wow, thanks so much for your words and the gift! I am humbled that someone actually reads my entries... that one was a long time in the making. It comprises a year of looking in the mirror and sometimes being happy with what I saw, and conversely, sometimes being sad or upset.
You're not the only one who has the fear that once they lose weight, they won't be themselves. I think it's common for those of us with more weight to lose, especially if we've been carrying it for a while. I love it when people comment, though, especially if they didn't know beforehand that I was trying to lose weight. I feed off of those. At least someone is noticing!!
It's great that you've decided to change your life for the better. No matter your weight, you're still always YOU. Don't be scared of change on this journey. It will happen, but you're bettering yourself, and you that's a valuable thing to remember. Welcome to Sparkpeople!
