Ach! Wie Schoen!

This is officially the third time I'm starting on SparkPeople...

I used SparkPeople four years ago and it helped me tremendously. I've been on and off the bandwagon ever since - mostly off - but I'm trying to take this very seriously and get my act together.

In general, I know what to do, but have a very hard time sticking to the plan - who has the time to work out!? Not me! A teacher's work is never over! But here's to working on working out :)

Personal Information:
I am a second grade math teacher in DC. Just relocated and am LOVING this city - the people and the atmosphere are amazing.

Sports have always been something I've really loved to do, and now that I'm overweight, I feel like it's hindering what I do. I want to feel free and unrestricted and completely proud of who I am in a world where you are your body.

Great job getting back on the wagon! I've similarly lost my first 6 lbs in two weeks (hopefully another 2 or 3 on my 3 week weigh in on Weds) and have a similar starting and goal weight.

Keep up the good work! I know we can do this! : )
