I lost 10 lbs with sparkpeople, but stopped working out while I was back in school. I just finished my credential program and am looking for a job. Since I have a lot more time on my hands it is the perfect time to start working out again. I want to drop those last few lbs and tone up for summer. Looking forward to starting my Turbo Fire program and hopefully seeing some great results.

Congratulations on losing inches!! That's def a plus

I'm not on any programs though--still looking for one. I do Turbo Jam whenever I can't make it to the gym but that's it. I like 30DS but it hurts my knees so I can't do that. I'm just doing the gym.. aiming at 4-5 days/wk. i Just got back to working out. When finals came around I wasn't going. I'm trying to change up my workouts now and I've read that cardio-interval is best--that's what I'm trying to do..

It's hard though to get out of the 130s. What program will you be doing now, now that you're done with CE?

Hey,

You only weigh 133 so it must be so difficult to lose those last 10 pounds. I heard from some that it gets really hard the closer you get to your goal.

After CE, I was doing a combination of CE,Turbo Jam, 30 Day Shred and walking. This week I started P90 Master Series, because I like having a schedule to follow and my weight loss has slowed. I finally got under 200 pounds though.

You will get back on track!

Hey,

How is your CE coming along? I just finsihed the Lean For Life Phase and I lost 6 pounds but only 1 inch overall. I was a bit bummed but then I looked back at what my measurements had been at 268 and I thought every pound and every inch counts.

I now have a cold so I am debating if I should take it easy or not.

hey baby...tried to leave you a comment yesterday but it didnt post i guess...how is school?? i know its getting closer to the end and its stressful but i also know that youre not going to let it stand in your way. youve worked WAY too hard to get to where you are now and youre almost there!! im so proud of you! soon enough they will be calling you ms. ceccaci but they wont know how to pronounce it so they will settle for ms. C. HAHAHA! so what else is new?? ive been doing HORRIBLY with my diet..i feel like crap about it. =[ havent been to the gym in over a week but im going to try getting back into the swing of things today and aim for an hour of cardio. we'll see. i have a lot of hw to do too so im going to try and catch up on that as well. the end of the semester is may 4 here and then i go right into summer school (boooo!). it should make for an interesting (and hopfully skinny) summer. anyway, love you baby call me when you get a minute!!
