    Thank you!! I'd love to share some tips. First and foremost, staying positive is key. Measuring and tracking my food has helped me immensely. I also try to change up my workout routine every few weeks and I'm constantly challenging myself with new fitness goals. And of course drinking plenty of water every single day!!

    yes! No equipment required with Insanity! =) With p90X What I suggest about the pull up bar is put a hook in the wall somewhere or tie something around the upper hinge of a door way and put the resistance band through it. That's what I've had to do in the past! So far Insanity is awesome, I just am bad about controlling what I eat =/
