I'm not confident with how I look, and it really affects my everyday life. I can't put on a pair of jeans without getting depressed about the muffin top. That's my main goal. Ditch the muffin top. It needs to go. And my inner thighs. They need to go too. Other than that, I really need to tone up, as summer is right around the corner. Although it really doesn't feel like it right now. I'm tired of always feeling sluggish because of what I put into my body. I need to eat healthier and exercise on a daily basis.

10 pounds lost: iPhone4*
15 pounds lost: New exercise shoes
20 pounds lost: New jeans
23 pounds lost: Dye my hair^

*I was already planning on purchasing the iPhone4 for my birthday which is in April, so although it seems like a high reward, I figure it'll help me push to drop those three pounds that will get me to ten pounds lost.
^I used to dye my hair so often, but it's almost been six months since I last dyed it, and I'm going through major withdrawals. I want to dye my hair, and I will not until I reach my goal weight!

Sunday, Tuesday, & Friday: Cardio
Monday: Zumba
Wednesday: Weight Training
Thursday, Saturday: Rest

(Training for a 5k.)
