My Program:
Continue to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat protein 2 - 3 times a day, and work on drinking more water. Work out, almost daily, but no less than 5 days a week.

Personal Information:
I was born and grew up in Germany. Curiosity prompted a visit to the US and I never left. I am married to the love of my life. We have two sons and four grand daughters. In Aug. 2011, I celebrated 50 years in the US. Hard to believe. I had total hip replacement surgery in July 2010. I love walking, skiing, golfing, swimming, and, out of necessity, strength training, to stay as active as I can.

Really happy to hear that BBJ, Pauline and Sherry have continued on spark. I know we were all together on eDiets and wondered about the Lifer losses. Perhaps my concentration with the 50+ motivation as co-leader is equivalent to what you are all doing for yourselves.

I just miss some of the KNOWING you all, sharing our lives. Love to all and thanks.

I miss you, Lifer! have you moved on to other teams now or are you still going to share with us as well? My main other team is the 50+ members with 10-24 lbs to lose. I am FINE TUNING MOTIVATION rather than chatting, where we keep our goals in focus to the best of our individual abilities. Stay in touch, please.

Thanks for commenting on my status. I miss you, too. We have been walking so much, anywhere from 1-6 hours a day. Friday and Saturday at Machu Picchu will be a real test, walking up and down the steps of the ruins for hours, at a high elevation. I think we have gotten stronger so hopefully it will go well.
