I have been a big girl my whole life.. I had my dear grandmother that taught me dieting because she was a weight loss professional.. I have lost over 80 pounds like three times and now I am at it again. The difference this time is that i know i will have to eat healthy the rest of my life. I did not realize how big I got, My sister moved into this house that has mirrors all over the place.. I looked into the mirror and was very horrified at my appearance.. I wondered how my husband still wanted me.. I feared he would leave me. He never told me how fat I was. no one told me.. I guess thinking I
could get upset.. Last March I gave birth to my fourth baby. The part of my life of having babies is over and now i need to concentrate on living a more healthy life for my children... I really like sparkpeople keeping track of my calories fat and everything has helped so much.. I now know what i need to eat everyday to stay in my calorie ranges..

Febuary 29th 2012
Well i am half way there.. some days i have to slap myself to keep going and somedays it is like nothing.. I have adopted new habbits and they are staying with me.. I am so glad for that.. I have fifty more pounds to loose..I am about one pound from my fifty off.. I have got my wii and my exersize videos so i am doing this...
Starting a new business.. tastefully simple.. it is food shocking but i feel like i can sell the products without throwing everything away.. I have learned all things with moderation....

April 15th 2012
I have been stalled on my weight loss for a couple months.. i know i have had some recent stresses and it has made me not care about what i put in my mouth.. i feel like im hanging on the end of a rope right now.. going to fall off into being fat.. please help.. i know now my eating is stess eating.. and the amounts of food i can eat is horrible.. im trying to hold on to all the work i have done... and get my mind set back to i can not eat this way... so here i go.. im preplanning the days food and printing out the menu and going to see if that will help... hoping for the best...
6/23/12 well this is hard to say but i have completely fell off and now i need to get back on.. i have gained so much back just went right back to my old ways.. im praying God will help me get back on track..
6/5/13 Wow it has been a year.. a year of craziness my sister was very ill and almost died but with Gods love she has been healed and is on the road to recovery. I have had a hard time eating right during this time.. but i have recently found some sucess.. i have started taking fastin xr one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It kills my appetite completely and gives me energy. I just could not do this on my own. I tried and tried but keep falling down. the pill also takes the cravings away.. so im not sitting around thinking about what cake i can eat. It is so freeing.. i have also prayed God would guide me in this process. and he has.. so im down twenty pounds and already feeling tremendously good. I did not put the weight on here that i got up to. I had gotten up to 285 and i was feeling terrible. im not 265 and very happy that this is working for me.. So my first short term goal is 250 cant wait to get there...

eating 4 meals a day and tracking everything i eat and exersize as much as i can..

Fall 7 get up 8. Don't Quit taking care of the mother of your children and the loving wife to your husband. You're worth the work.

THose hunger pains are brutal at the beginning. I was told it could be a need for protien increase, but, I just grabbed a bag of carrots until I filled up. I counted them as a zero calorie food.
Ya, it worked with me. I wasn't eating any veggies, so, it was a brilliant idea.
