-Out of the "Obese" BMI range
-Freshman in college weight
-Sophomore in high school weight
-"Normal" BMI

-Lower blood pressure
-Lower cholesterol
-Have normal cycles



My Program:
8 glasses of water a day

Don't splurge on weekends.

High fat / low carb as doctor recommended.
