Just been so crazy busy with travel and family and work and all... I am maintaining nicely but the injury is still plaguing me... not able to really do more than pilates with my achilles tendon injury. I might try a bit of walking again soon but I have to take it slowly so as not to make it worse. Tendonitis does not heal quickly and may never truly go away once it is injured so the running is out of the question maybe forever. :( That makes me sad because I loved running. 2413 days ago
Come on! Where you BE? i think I told you before you can lower all that stuff and numbers with just walking and weight training. Mine all went down, and I even had to get off 2 of my B/P pills cause it dropped so low. You need us. We need you. Thanks for the stop by. Guess what? My scale told me I only weigh 68.5 pounds today! Is that a hoot or what? By By scale. Still packing clothes for the senior center. The fun thing is I got three new blouses from walmart for only $3 each! What fun! New clothes that fit and don't break the budget! Forgot to tell you, I LOVE the new hair pic! 2559 days ago
