I just want to get back to my happy weight which was "goal" in WW and know I can do it! I just need to walk the walk and not just talk the talk!
I'm really working the Nutrition portion of the site and counting those calories while including walks as my main exercise.
I live in a small town in southern Wisconsin, am married and have one son and two step-daughters - all grown)! November 1st I retired and am enjoying all the free time I have including utilizing this site and getting to have the option of choosing what time of day I want to walk...or do anything for that matter!
