Never Too Busy To Take Care Of ME

I've struggled on and off for the last three years. I would manage to drop 15-20 lbs, only to have it pop back up in a very short time. Life has been changing constantly and there were some very stressful stretches.

I've also been struggling to quit and stay quit at smoking.

May 2013 marks the beginning of this new journey to get it right once and for all. Life is not going to suddenly become easier, so I've got to get focused and make good solid changes.
